Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept all types of credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure. Our payment plan is provided through CareCredit.


CareCredit is a healthcare credit card specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. We offer a 6 month no interest payment plan. You will receive no interest over 6 months unless payments are not made on time and/or the total balance is not paid in full by the 6 month time period. We also offer extended monthly payment plans that include interest per month*. Applying for CareCredit is quick and easy!
